The interview process is very unfair! I applied to the job on September 19, 2016, and the email response was to my surprise very quick. I took the assessment that same day! Scheduled the phone interview the next day and had the phone interview the following week. The person who interviewed me was very DRY and unenthusiastic. She was not taking the interview seriously and because of that it interfered with my energy. I received my email today that I did not get the job and I really want to call and complain and request another interview. At least let me meet you face to face before you deny me. How can you understand my work ethic or skillset over the phone???

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
