Overall the phone interview was very pleasant and I'm looking forward to the remaining process. Progressive is very thorough in their selection process for good reason. I'd only apply here if this is a place you can see yourself down the road
My reasoning for uploading this is to give others who are waiting for more information the knowledge that they are not the only candidates awaiting further contact. I'll update this when I am able to provide more information but in the meantime I'll select "No Offer".

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
