I applied online, a recruiter contacted me within 48 hours to complete an online assessment. After the online assessment a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview and from there an in person interview was scheduled at the Riverview, FL location. The recruiters were extremely helpful, answered all of my questions (ASK QUESTIONS and for feedback, they are very helpful with this) and they always kept me in the know for the next step and where I stood in the interview process. I never wondered when I would hear from someone or if I was still in the running for the job. The background check takes a bit but the longest part is waiting for the training classes to begin. I accepted the job at the end of July/beginning of August and do not start until mid September.
