I initially received an e-mail that the company had selected me to move forward in the selection process for the position. Once I received the email, the first step was a test that included problem solving, customer service responses to questions, some math , and personal questions to see if I would be a good fit for the position and company. Once I passed that, I had a phone interview . It lasted approximately an hour and questions were based around scenarios and how I would handle specific situations. It also includes some questions about myself to see if I would be a good fit for the company. I was told I should hear something the following week regarding my status in the interviewing process . Two weeks later. A letter came in the mail stating the position had been filled.
