apply for the job.. did the assessment successfully. two days later recieved an email to set up a phone interview. question was all about the start process interview, and they focus on what do you know about the company and why you . after the interview the recruiter tell me that she will pass my resume to the hiring manager and an hr Representative contact me to set up an in-person interview. one week later i had the interview , same mode star procedures. two days latter they call me saying that i got the job .

8 prerecorded behavioral questions, 2 attempts to record 3 min answers which must be delivered in STAR format. Wish I had a few days to prep, I would have done much better. I was invited to the next round of interviews, so I guess it was alright. There are some helpful YouTube videos about preparing in advance for behavioral style questions and the STAR format. I suggest taking time out to study those a few days before hand.
