I applied for progressive January 19 that was a Friday I received my assessment the following Monday and the second on Tuesday. I received qualifying results and I was told that they would be in contact. After a week I received an invitation to take a phone interview. Immediately after the interview the recruiter told me that I would be moving forward in the process. The questions were STAR format behavioral questions and I was well prepared. Two weeks later I had my in person interview with the hiring manager for that location. Again I was well prepared confident and answered each question perfectly. After the interview the manager told me that he would stay in touch because he understands how stressful the waiting period is. I was told that I would hear back within a week. It’s been a full week since yesterday and I haven’t heard anything from anyone. I’ve let go and I have accepted my fait. Don’t let the process discourage you, know that you are worthy and keep moving forward. Best of luck to you.
