I applied in mid February and was sent the assessments next day which are very easy to pass. After that I got an email saying I would be contacted for an interview however didn’t hear anything for about a month. They is mid march i got an email to set up a phone interview the interviewer was great and lasted about 45 mins mostly comprised of STAR questions. I found out the day after I was selected for the next interview. After that i was contacted for a webcam based interview via Webex and again the interviewer was awesome and I felt so comfortable. This interview lasted roughly about 45 mins as well. The questions were in the same STAR format but were a little more difficult than the phone interview. A week passed after the interview and the recruiter said i did a great job at my interview. That Friday I got a call saying they wanted to offer me a position and the following Monday I got the call with my official offer. I am so excited to work for progressive and start my career!

So I will admit, the interview process is lengthily but it is all worth it! First I had to pass the assessment, then the video submissions and once I finally passed that I was able to actually connect with the recruiter and just go over what there was to be expected in my upcoming video interview with management. She gave me all of the info as to what were some things that were going to focus on the most ( Time Management & Decision Making ) and to just have some examples already set. I made myself a google doc with different questions and answers (all STAR format based) because the STAR format is how theyu conduct the interviews. But after about a week of getting all of these things done, I had my interview on a Tuesday and was told I would be hearing from the recruiter within a couple of days but was lucky enough to receive a call later that same day and HAPPILY ACCETPED! Good things come to those who wait. The questions I put below aren't the exact ones but they are pretty much the same, they are the answers I used for my interview answers.
