The individual I interviewed with was very nice. Apparently, Progressive utilizes the star method when conducting interviews. My suggestion would be to read the email they send you because it includes the type of questions they plan to ask and also practice, practice, practice.

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
