Applied on 9/22. Received an invitation to complete an assessment on 9/23. Completed it and the same day I received an email asking me to complete a short video interview. This is where you’ll record yourself answering your about 8 behavioral based questions. They want you to answer in the STAR format. I submitted that on 9/24. You have 7 days to complete it but I would suggest the sooner the better. There may be other candidates to consider. On 9/26 I was sent an email to start my background check and to also schedule a video interview with their hiring manager. I scheduled the video interview for 9/30. I did research on the company and I would advise you to do the same. Study the STAR format and practice questions. Make sure you understand the job description of the position you’re applying for. My video interview lasted about an hour and fifteen minutes, time flew by! Just be yourself. Make sure the ask questions at the end of your interview as well. Great experience!
