Have a hired outside screener to schedule job interviews by phone and will contact you for an in person interview after screened for the cut. During the interview the screeners ask questions about experience and qualifications. The will call you in for a panel interview if you do well on the phone.

Phone screen then 3 on site interviews. Behavioral interview with typical questions -> strengths, collaboration, conflict, innovation... At the start there was some quick math/logic quiz too. Be exact about your actions, and have a sequence of your actions + thoughts behind them. Answers about strategy will help
