Overall: The process is extensive, but fair. It's a Fortune 100 company and a Certified Great Place to Work so a difficult interview process is to be expected. If you really want this job, my advice is to do your part and study.
The initial assessment is tough - there's several trick questions so take your time. I took well over an hour completing this assessment.
For the video recording and face to face interviews, I can't state this enough: do your research! I went through each page on Glassdoor, copied and pasted questions people were asked, drafted and prepped my answers in STAR format per requirement, and I would not have passed these steps if I didn't practice as much as I did!
Timeline wise, it took about 30 days from applying on Indeed to getting the full offer after the background check was completed. And they gave me a start date of a month out, which I think is great that they're not rushing to start anyone and it also gives you time to take a little break or give your current employer notice.

I can't remember exactly what the questions were, but these are on the lines of a few questions they asked:
- Go through your previous jobs, describe your role at each company and tell me why you left.
- Tell me about a time you received negative feedback and how you responded to it.
- Tell me about a time you did something wrong and how you fixed it.
- Tell me about a time you made a hasty decision and what was the result.
- Tell me about a time you had go above and beyond to meet a customer's expectations.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
