(FYI if you have a disorderly conduct, you will yellow flag and do not meet company policies). My background check was completed on 12/02/2021 the day before start date and advised that I did not pass the background, paperwork will be sent out and I should dispute if I have any question. Was a very discouraging situation due to working very hard for the interview, not a felony but a misdemeanor to keep you from receiving the position and you have never had an issue before working for Banks or other insurance companies. Along with preparing for the interview and getting the position and then have it snatch away by someone judging you off a paper they glanced at. Put in notice with previous position with bank to give a proper 2 week notice and now Christmas time and have to figure it out. I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
