I applied for the position. Shortly, thereafter I was sent a link to complete an online assessment. After passing the assessment I I received an email to set up a time for the phone interview. After the phone screening I received an email with a request for a background check. A week after Interviewed in the office office with two managers. They were really nice and easy to talk to. The questions were pretty straightforward. They want to know a lot about mistakes you made and how you learned from them. Make sure you ask lots of questions. Research the company as well as the job description.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
