The interview process was fairly easy, although lengthy (it takes about a month with several interviews). There was an initial phone screening followed by assessments, then a phone interview, then a manager meeting. The initial screening is typical questions such as salary expectations and 3-5 year goals. For the assessments, study the Wonderlic test prep information found online--the first part is actually called the Wonderlic exam. The second part is a personality exam where you choose how a statement fits you between 1 and 5. The phone interview is a behavioral interview so think of 4 or 5 different situations in which you interacted with customers. Challenges you faced and tough situations. Also stressful times when there was a lot going on and how you coped. The actual manager interview was relaxed, with the interviewer I had. Questions were like “When was a time you had to interpret a policy or procedure at your workplace?” and “What was the most challenging group or team you ever took part in? What was challenging about it and what resulted?” Unfortunately I wasn't offered a job because I "don't have enough experience"; however, hopefully my experience can help others hoping to apply at Progressive.
