Make sure you understand this format. Situation/task, action, and results. You’re telling a story from beginning to end. The difference between the first two times and my third time where I got the job. Is understanding this, make sure you read the job description and tailor your answers to what they’re looking for in the job description. Have answers/stories where YOU showed initiative, worked independently, and MULTI TASK. They’re are big on organization skills and being able to handle heavy workload. The final interview for me lasted about an hour and a half and it was a lot simpler that I anticipated. I was asked about my work history, and why progressive. KNOW about the company, tailor what you know about the company to your answers of why you want to work here. After that I was asked 5 questions. 4 STAR and one 1 I had the option of answering in STAR format or not. TIPS that I have, record yourself, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, and PRACTICE. Smile doing your interview and dress nice. If you make to the final interview have questions ready to ask. My interviewer was extremely friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. I can finally say I got the job after three tries. GOODLUCK. I recommend watching those Madeline Man videos helped me a bunch. Remember to practice.
