Submitted recorded responses first, then interviewed once via zoom, and was hired pretty quickly. I don't usually follow through on applications that require the recorded responses but with an actual interview that followed, I made an exception.

Video interview after application was submitted. Quick response time and offer letter was sent prior to interview being completed. Very nice manger that interviewed me seems like a nice place to work
