STAR method was used, which was challenging but a good learning experience. I can appreciate why it was used. I did OK, and obviously this is why I was not chosen to move forward. Might not be 100% accurate in determining a candidates potential success, but I can understand why the organization uses the method.

back to back interviews with questions that really were similar and some didn't apply to the position. Didn't seem a need for three 1 hour interviews when the questions could've been compiled into one interview if you didn't have to answer with the STAR method.
