After you submit an application, they send you an assessment that covers your personality & your ability to do basic math/understand basic vocabulary (~30 minutes). If you pass that part, you receive a link to a HireVue on-demand interview where you record your answers to 8 behavioral questions using STAR format (~30-60 minutes). To ask candidates to invest 60+ minutes into an application without giving them any time to get to know the company directly before making a decision seems really unfair, and shows that they do not value your time or effort. Recruiters will do literally anything to avoid doing their job and interacting with candidates. Interviewing should be a two-way street. You can apply again in six months when you get rejected, but I honestly wouldn't recommend it unless you're really in need of a job in six months. Lastly, HireVue video recording interviews are not an equitable way to evaluate candidates, so I've included all the questions I was asked as an applicant in November 2023 in hopes that it helps someone.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
