After submitting an application, I was asked to complete an assessment. It was an online test that involved some light math and personality questions. Once that was completed, the next day I was contacted for a phone interview. I was given some background about the type of questions they would be asking to better prepare. They used a style called Targeted Selection and your answers to these questions have to have certain criteria. They call it STAR, Situation/Task, Action, Results. I did the phone interview later that week and was then scheduled for an in person interview the following week. The in person interview had the same type of questions and answering criteria as the phone interview. I was supposed to have been contacted that week in regards to the outcome, however I wasn't. I assumed they had found someone else for the position so when I called to find out a week later, that is when they informed me they choose another candidate. Out of courtesy to the candidates, I would have expected to hear either way around the time they indicated they would be making the decision.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.
