I applied on Nov 1 for the position on indeed.A couple days later I was sent an email of assessment test.After I completed the test I was told I passed and emailed a link to schedule my phone interview.The recruiter called on time and we spoke for about 45 mins.The recruiter asked about my work history and about 3-4 customer service questions that required to be answered in STAR format.At the end of the interview I asked how did I do and he said excellent and that he would let me know no later than Wednesday with a response.Today is Thursday(thanksgiving) and still no email.He informed me that he has to sit with his team to go over all candidates and determine from there.I read on some other interviews that people were forwarded to in person interview while talking with phone interviewer so I am kind of skeptical if I made it to next step.I understand this is a holiday and prob are off today.I hope to hear back soon cause I would love to have the opportunity to work for progressive.Hopefully tomorrow I hear something back and I can make it to the in person interview.It also still says initial interview and phone call was completed.
