Entrevista
About 6 days after I applied for the position online I received an e-mail with a link to the online testing site. The testing consisted of both critical thinking/problem solving questions and personality questions (strongly agree, agree, disagree, etc). After completing the test I received an e-mail about 30 minutes later saying that I had passed and that I would be contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. The recruiter contacted me a few hours later to schedule my phone interview for the following week.
The phone interview consisted of behavioral questions which required you to give very specific responses based on previous work/school experiences. Even though I felt prepared for the interview I found myself being too general during a few of my responses and my recruiter would stop me and try to refocus my response. The interview consisted of around 5 behavioral questions in which I did well enough to be selected for a face to face interview. My recruiter gave me great feedback after the interview and gave tips on preparing for the face to face.
The face to face manager interview took place 1 week later at the local claims office. The interview lasted around 50 minutes and consisted of questions about my previous jobs and several more behavioral questions like the ones from the phone interview. My interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to, I felt there was instant rapport which made the experience better. After the interview I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the position and the company. The next day I was contacted by my original recruiter saying that I did great and that I would be receiving an offer pending the background check. After receiving the background application it took about 1 week to receive my offer.
My advice for preparing for both the phone interview and the face to face is to take adequate time to prepare examples for the behavioral questions. Do a Google search on common behavioral interview questions and start thinking of relevant experiences from your work experience. Make sure that your examples are very focused, avoid being general in your response. During my preparation I found that saying my examples out loud helped me to focus my responses a great deal.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entrevista
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
