They use Behavioral based questions and require STAR responses. 4 interviews totaling 4 hours: Recruiter, 2 Sourcing Managers and 1 HR Manager. It was very difficult. I was overqualified for the position and had an employee referral. I'm not sure why I wasn't selected.
