This was a 2 day long process. The first day was a meet and greet, the second was 3 interviews spread throughout the whole day. You are expected (required) to answer all questions using SMART or they will not consider you. Seemed discombobulated and nobody knew what team they were applying for the position to since you would meet with 3 of multiple potential teams who may (or may even not) be considering adding someone. Took almost 6 months of asking constantly to get the promised travel reimbursement as well. The company seemed nice to work for, but the interview process was terrible.
