I interviewed with PMI in 2017. Then the process involved interviewing with the recruiter by phone, 2 team members via Skype and the Hiring Mgr via Skype. They offered the job to someone internally. I had a great rapport with the recruiter and she contacted me when another position opened. The process has changed just since 2017. I was required to take a 100 question online personality test to see if I was a cultural fit. Then about an hour long IQ type of test. Next I interviewed via Skype with the Hiring Mgr. Then Skype interviews were set up with 3 peers and one person from another department. This was 3 interviews, as two of the peers were on the same Skype call. The recruiter said I would hear back one way or the other in a week. I heard back 3 weeks later that they made an offer to someone who was local, I am not. The recruiter sent me with the news and a personal email thanking me etc and the next day I received the canned decline email. I am disappointed as I did not think I would have to go through all of this again as I had just been vetted a year ago. If they call me again and offer me a job outright, I might consider as they are a great company, but I would not go through the interview process a third time. Everyone was very friendly throughout but I did get the feeling that the hiring manager wanted someone local as the team members are all local now
