To say I wanted this job would be an understatement. PMI contacted me to say that another role I had applied to was filled but wanted me to discuss this CD role. I did a 30 minute phone screen, followed by two one on one video interviews, with a final video interview with three people. I felt all of the interviews were very positive and relaxed. Unfortunately, then the ghosting started which turns my overall experience to neutral. No one responded to my thank you emails, my follow-ups, and no one contacted me to even say I did not get the position.
