1st --Video interview w/ two talent members. Call went well although it felt rushed.
I was then requested to complete a Hogan Personality Assessment.
2nd---Video interview with a Senior HR...
Call also went well although it started off-topic with this individual complaining about their current work issue. They mentioned they thought I was overqualified for the role which I thought was interesting but I reiterated my interest.
A few days later after following up, the talent member from my first conversation informed me they went with another candidate stating the other person had more experience supporting C-Suite members. This was very conflicting feedback from what I was told in my last interview with Sr. HR. If I had been given the chance to make it to the next round in speaking with the CEO, I feel I would have made it through.
Overall, from my conversations, I sensed some mismanagement and communication issues as well as instability within the company.
