Lengthy and unnecessary. There was poor communication throughout the process and no one followed up. I would not recommend this place or process to anyone. Too many email and disconnected parts to feel confident in ever working here.

Interview process was multi-layered. Included some one-on-one interviewing as well as an interview with the therapist team. Overall It was quite an enjoyable experience. While the large group interview was intimidating, the group of people was really nice and great to meet.
