Entrevista
I had a positive interview experience! They wanted to get to know me as a person and see my personality, see if I can instruct a class as well. They also wanted to know my thought process and communication skills. Essentially, boiling down some engineering theories into an easier concept that can be understood in basic elementary or high school level.

Second interview:
Involved actual classroom time (mine was 7th grade) where you'll be instructing a segment of the lesson plan to the class, you'll have a co-instructor and a couple of people observing.
