A round of two phone interviews, each about 20 minutes in length. I felt like what they were really interested in was seeing if my personality would mesh with the group that was already there.

The interview was by telephone. I had been put in touch with one of the program directors. Interview lasted about 15 minutes and was a good process. I was able to learn a fair amount the company as well which was nice.
