Their process is pretty standard compared to other companies, but I liked that they were fast. This started with a phone interview with a recruiter based in their Bay Area corporate office, followed by 2 interviews onsite with the team. Pretty quick process from start to finish, about 2 weeks. My recruiter was great - she checked in with me and was very clear on the process & what to expect. She also shared that she knew a bit about the team and the size of the properties in the portfolio. I appreciated this. The interview panel was good. I can tell that a lot of these people have been with the company for some time, which is what I'm looking for. Property management has a lot of ups/downs, especially 3rd party. It's nice to know that there is some stability here.
