Video call and interview through platform with video recording. Questions are made and the candidate must answer with a video. After that, the candidate meets the members of the team in a call.

Entrevista
The first stage is not an interview, they send the longest questionnaire and the exercises were repetitive and exhausting. the second stage was an interview that did not feel pleasant at all, it was like they were not listening and were a bit rude.

Entrevista
I sent my application for a position, and they told me that they had another open that could be of interest to me because of my profile. I applied, and as I advanced in the selection they asked me to record a video answering some questions about previous situations and jobs. In the feedback they told me that they were not going forward with my profile for something that could have already been anticipated when reading the CV that I had sent at first.
