I was reached out via e-mail stating I had been short listed as an applicant and asked for times to chat. I responded via e-mail with several time periods in which I was available. I did not receive a response but was called the next day at a time I was busy so missed the call. I reached out to the recruiter and scheduled another time to chat, recruiter called me 2 hours before the schedule time and asked two questions. 1) why are you looking to leave your current company and 2) your salary expectation is XXX?. That was it and no other questions. Stated they would forward my resume over to the manager and get back to me shortly. That was over a week ago and silence. The recruitment process seems disorganized and broken, not a good look for the org.

Met with 5 different people. HR was nice on the phone, but not very responsive or proactively communicative. I went through all interview levels (up to CTO) and then they wouldn't give any feedback on why they didn't proceed with me.

Entrevista
First thing was an interview with the HR rep. Then I had a video interview answering tech questions. Finally a tech interview with the team lead. It was average difficulty overall.
