I had a phone screen with a recruiter. Then a few weeks later I had a video interview with one of the directors. Questions were pretty standard and interviewers seemed friendly. However, I was later ghosted and never received a follow up about next steps one way or another, even though I thought really well. I also sent a follow-up email but they ignored that as well.

The first call with the recruiter was not a great experience. The recruiter was unfriendly and gave the impression that they did not enjoy this interview. The recruiter would ask me questions quickly and then cut me off when I was responding to them. My experience was downplayed and made me look like I had little to offer. This is done to get you to accept a lower offer. I read other reviews on here and see it is a shared experience. The proposed salary is low for the area they are hiring in. I did not want to pursue other interviews with this company. I recommend this company review how their recruiter acts.
