I was referred by someone who works for the company. The HR person called and was very short on the phone. Asked about salary immediately to basically low ball me with a range. Nonetheless, because of the referral I got the in-person interview. The people I interviewed with seemed very nice, but didn't seem to really know what they were looking for in the role. They structure of the company also seemed very clunky. They've got good brands, but you can tell from the interview process that this company is not run very well. It's clumsy. I didn't get the offer, and I have a feeling it's because of miscommunication between HR and the hiring manager. They did not seem to be on the same page.
