Interview took place mid 2020, when COVID deaths were at all time highs. They insisted I come in person, and actually boasted that they had "only closed for two weeks" at the beginning of the pandemic.
Complete disregard for personal safety, only because the CEO likes to wake up early, and micromanage.
I didn't even bother following up.

Entrevista
Recruiter Screen followed by in-person behavior/technical panel. Questions really targeted your resume and problem solving. Technical question involved counting odd numbers with very simple follow up, it was very easy.
5 min Phone and 1 hr in person. In person: saw the office and then went through resume. Went over some basic coding questions. Then they sent an offer that very same day.
It felt more like a personality fit with a basic skill requirement.
