Entrevista
There are 3 interviews. First is with HR. Second is with the hiring manager. And third is with the department head. Standard Q&A questions. Technical tests may be involved. The interviews are face to face with one person at a time. The interview can be spread out several days or happen all in the same day. Results are typically known quickly.

Entrevista
There will many 1:1 interviews for most positions and most positions will have a skills test. Drug testing has recently become mandatory. Too many decision makers so expect delays in response. These days it looks like the best shot at getting an interview is to be referred by someone in the department with the vacancy. Some positions will have only 3 interviews and some as many as 6. I had only 4 interviews plus two skills test and a personality test.. but looks like that is really a minimum here.
