Entrevista
I interviewed beginning December 2, 2021. The process lasted about 6 weeks and I did 5 interviews consisting of 3 F2F (2 panels) and 2 Zoom. After the 5th interview, I was told a decision would be made in about 3 days. On the day of the expected decision, I received a call from HR asking me what my salary requirements were and when I could start after a 30 day background check. I was then told the final decision was still between me and another candidate and hadn’t been made yet. I heard nothing else until I emailed the CEO the next day and was told the decision hadn’t been made yet, there were a few more items to work out, and I would hear from them soon. That was January 17th. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, from that day to this (February 13th), I’ve never heard another word from them.
During the process, I would get word from them every week either with the next step or, during the holidays, just to touch base. Not a week went by that I didn’t hear from them during December until the 5th interview in January. I did NOT expect to be ghosted after investing so much time and energy in the process. The level of unprofessionalism it requires to ghost a candidate that way is unfathomable! I don’t mean they just didn’t make an effort to communicate, I mean I was actively IGNORED. A second email, 2 voicemails, and a direct call just IGNORED. In fact, for the last phone call, since I had not been answered for the previous 2 at a time when I know his assistant should have answered, I called from a different number and she picked right up! The CEO was in his office and available she said but didn’t pick up the phone when she put me through 3 times then he miraculously was on a call and would call me back.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to waste their time applying for a position with them if this is how they treat candidates for upper management positions!

it was very clear and specific, they ask me about how i deal with children and what I like to cook for them, and also how I handle difficult situations. and they ask how do i define my self. my other jobs and my favorite food I like to cook. and why I wanted to work at their place. if I can deal with some angry children.if i had transportation.

Entrevista
I talked on the phone with the director who sounded very impressed with my background and gave me a lot of terrific information about the history of the organization and how it is run. She set up an interview with another individual who turned me away when I showed up. I had my resume in hand, and was to fill out some forms that need to be processed.
I was so crushed, actually humiliated that I didn't know what to think. I was scheduled to meet in person with the woman who I spoke with who was actually there at the time. After waiting for over 30 minutes, a young man who was a client advised me that I better come back later. Apparently, there was a disagreement in progress during a meeting which went over its alloted time, and into my appointment.
