1st step is a test essay you comment on. Then they send you hours upon hours of work to do in order to audition for them. You have to follow this format which totally suffocated my inner voice. Then they tell me in so many words that I did not measure up. If that is the case, it's because they suffocated me with the format they require. They wasted 4 days of my vacation with all I can see as total nonsense. I highly recommend you not bother with their LOOOONG orientation and do not waste time following their format. Do your own style and you might not be suffocated, and you might get hired. By the way, the pay is really really bad for this work from what I can tell. Look around before you bother with this company.

The interview was more of a screening process and sample essay. It was pretty easy and user-friendly. The company seems like it's laid back and easy to communicate with, which is definitely appealing.
