Phone interview was average. I do feel they are looking for a Design Lead versus an actual AD. They’ll also have you take a personality test that has little to do with job scope, then ghost afterwards.

Very thorough. The information provided and the questions asked continued to give me more clarity as I moved through the process. The interview process seems to be designed perfectly to help the interviewee make an informed decision just as much as the interviewer.
It was quite easy and the overall process was very smooth. The questions were basic , mainly from ds, web development and some fundamental questions on c, c++.It was for 20-25 minutes.
