Phone screening followed by a hour and a half meeting. Typical questions, very easy, the interviewers seemed a little inexperienced (repeating same basic questions) My issue and the reason for the negative review is transparency. When this interview was scheduled I was told I was meeting with the president. Over the course of the interview the demeanor began to change, and I was told that the President never gets on the calls. It was pretty clear to me that they did not wish to proceed; but the way they went about this was very unprofessional. More about the business, your expected to make 200 calls a day, it's not work for everyone, they have extremely low expectations for the callers (8 leads a month) and a low commission rate for the size of the software being sold. I would say this is a good entry level position for someone looking to get into WFH with little experience. but they rubbed me the wrong way.

Introduction call to access fit, secondary call with an SDR, Interview with owner and maybe some team members. You have the ability to ask plenty of questions. Everyone was prompt and on time for calls and in person.
