The process was very straightforward and aligned with how most virtual interview processes are structured, an initial HR screen followed by conversations with the hiring manager, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.
Everyone I met was fantastic. They provided thoughtful insight into both the company and the role, and what stood out most was how conversational the discussions were. It never felt like someone was reading down a checklist of standard interview questions.
Having natural, engaging conversations created a much more genuine and authentic interview experience.
