applied online received a call by the next day. Was called in for an interview in the Dayton area was interviews took about 15 mins all together. The interview was not tough... the interviewer asked me what managing style I already had and then proceeded to tell me about the position consists of. sounded great ...was contacted for a second round which I was told to meet at a Walmart( certain location) I was interviewed again a little more in depth this time about me and then was told what each part of the training process would be. I was then told to observe someone doing a presentation to Walmart customers and write down what I observed.. the presentation lasted around 8 mins no pressure whatsoever. Very laid back casual interview.. over all was a great experience but to call Walmart customers over to a booth to receive a “free gift” just to get them excited about a product... just not me. If you are looking for a sales job this is great for you. They say it’s not sales (the guy corrected me when I said that) but it’s TOTALLY SALES!

The interview process seemed professional. I went in to the office to discuss the position with the owner of the company. From there, I was selected for an onsite interview to see how the job functions. Lastly, I attended a final in-office interview. During these interviews, a lot was said and explained to me but little of it actually proved true. I was lied to about basic job requirements while others were simply undisclosed. They tell you what they want to get you in the door and leave out the things that would prevent you from staying. It's wise to take everything they say with a grain of salt.

At the onsite interview, I was asked to observe as the campaign manager "promoted" (i.e. tried to sell) a product to several customers, take notes, and tell him what I saw him continually doing.
