Interviewed once and easy process. They had taken the time to review all aspects of my resume prior to the interview itself. Very easy process overall that I would recommend for anyone interested in entry level helpdesk.
Interview process is not very difficult. It can be considered an easy. It had just two stages. One of them is related with technical knowledges. Another one is just homework.
