First round was 1 hour in-person interview at their office with 2 team members. This was a thorough, positive, friendly and informative discussion. Second round was 1 hour video call with 2 managers. This was strange from the start as as they didn't say much, didn't ask many questions and didn't seem to care. The way they described the job was very different to what was described before. The Account Manager role now sounded more like a hybrid Solutions Engineer/CS role which differs to the JD. Call ended after 20 minutes and not heard from them since.
