There are 3 interviews, 2 technical and then HR round. The Interviewer ask me about everything regarding my current role and responsibilities based on that they comes to conclusion on the profile must be more specific with their role. This is already conveyed to HR but still they setup interviews and reject people based on "more specific" reason.

HR contacted me for the open position I applied for. A couple of technical rounds, followed by a round from the site-manager. Received an offer about 2-3 days after the last interview.
