Very poor communication throughout process from head of recruitment. Disjointed and quite obvious they dont know what they are looking for given they have been trying to recruit for this role for some time. Most serious candidates on market at the right level have heard how poor the recruitment of this role has been and are staying clear. Salary on offer for the ask is not competitive.
