Met with HR and then 2-3 employees for interviews in person. Had discussion about role and responsibilities. Spoke about school and previous work experience, including jobs in high school, such as restaurant and camp.

Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
