The session itself was collaborative and conversational, but the feedback provided afterward did not fully align with what happened during the interview. For example, the written feedback mentioned that only 1 out of 3 tasks were completed, although the interviewers never communicated that there were three tasks, and toward the end of the session they mentioned that the tasks had been completed. Some of the evaluation points also seemed to interpret normal engineering discussion (such as evaluating different implementation approaches) as uncertainty. Overall, the process felt somewhat inconsistent between the interview conversation and the final written feedback.
