As the other person stated - the process is so long and drawn out that I lost enthusiasm. I kept putting in effort to become something that they wanted but the company failed to demonstrate that they are actually investing in you as a person.
Perhaps perfect for those very motivated types who have no personality of their own and don't mind doing tricks for no reward.
