Worst company I have ever encountered in my entire life. Their HR initially promises a higher salary, but once you’re selected, they make you wait endlessly for the offer letter. I waited for almost 25 days without any response. I tried calling the HR, but she didn’t answer. I sent messages on WhatsApp — no reply. I emailed her multiple times — still no response. I even emailed her colleague, but there was no reply from anyone. Finally, I had to email their manager. He called me and asked me to come to the office on Monday. I thought this would be when they would give me the offer letter. Instead, they said I had to go through a round with the director. I found this strange because I was already selected and had completed all rounds, including with the manager. Why would the director interview me if I was hired for a senior-level position? They told me I needed to be prepared. When I met the director, he didn’t ask any technical questions — only about my previous salary. When I told him, he said, “Sorry, we cannot offer you that amount. We can only give you 23,000.” For God’s sake! That’s the salary a fresher would expect. I have 3 years of experience and am currently earning more than double that amount. It was clear they just wanted to reject me but didn’t know how because I had cleared the assessment, HR round, and manager round. This felt like a conspiracy against me. Worst company ever.
